three to seven day fitting service, depending on the stairlift model and your
chosen options. Throughout this time, we’ll keep you fully informed and will
arrange an installation date convenient to you.

For your peace of mind, we offer 24/365 assistance for breakdowns
and emergency situations. Plus, regardless of your warranty status we’ll always
attend a break down to get you going again.
After Sales Service
Regular stairlift servicing by our fully qualified stairlift
engineers should ensure that your stairlift stays in good working order. Once
your warranty has expired we’ll be happy to extend it for up to 2 more years.
Our Buy Back Policy
One major advantage of purchasing your stairlift from us, is our
‘buy back’ policy. Unlike some competitors, we’ll buy back our UK customers
